Who are we?

Andrew Stern, Telos Consulting founder, has worked in one neighborhood with one organization for over 25 years. He has found that a humble focus on returning to rhythms and fostering a pattern of restful reflection builds long-term resilience. These healthy patterns lead to long-lasting and fruitful relationships that are mutually beneficial rather than transactionally demeaning.

What do we do?

Telos Consulting provides monthly coaching with quarterly retreats focused on building healthy leaders through healthy relationships, rhythms, resilience, and rest. Working on the inner life of leaders produces external results: healthy organizations.

Telos Consulting also hosts one day retreats to help teams reset and refresh. We facilitate this process by asking questions around your specific context to help you chart a way forward.

How do we promote healthy change?

Telos Consulting utilizes a method called Process Consulting. Process Consulting is focused on listening to clients around the questions of who, what, why, when, and how. As clients interact with their own responses, they build a map to chart their own course.

Telos Consulting pairs Process Consulting with the principals of relationships, rhythms, resilience, and rest to promote long-term, deep change.
